Distribution Information

The REIT manager shall distribute benefits to the trust unitholders of not less than ninety percent (90.00%) of the adjusted net profit for each fiscal year or at the end of the accounting period in which such benefits are distributed, as the case may be.

The distribution shall be made within ninety (90) days from the end of the fiscal year or the end of the accounting period in which the benefits are distributed, as the case may be. The benefits shall be distributed to trust unitholders no more than four (4) times per fiscal year, except in cases where the REIT undergoes a capital increase. In such cases, the benefits may be distributed more than four (4) times per fiscal year to ensure the interests of the existing trust unitholders.
