Licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to operate trustee business on September 18, 2013.

Acts as a trustee for a real estate investment trust (REIT).

1. Manage the trust with honesty and integrity, treating the trust unit holders fairly for their maximum benefit, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, the trust establishment agreement, resolutions of the trust unit holders, and the commitments made to the trust unit holders.
2. Attend every meeting of the trust unit holders and respond to questions or objections if any actions taken during the trust unit holder's resolution process are not in accordance with the trust establishment agreement or relevant laws.
3. Provide the trustee’s opinion on the performance of the trust manager in the trust’s annual report.
4. Certify the Appraisal Reports of the trust and the value of the trust units on the last business day of each quarter, as specified by the relevant regulations, so that the trust manager can disclose the report through the stock exchange's information disclosure system.
5. Monitor, oversee, and ensure that the trust manager or other designated person (if applicable) performs the assigned tasks in accordance with the trust establishment agreement, any related agreements, and other relevant regulations as stipulated by the SEC Board or the SEC Office.
6. Ensure that the key terms of the trust establishment agreement comply with relevant laws, and ensure that trust unit holders have access to the legally related agreements.
